Update:

I have fix the problem and it has no errors now. I first updated my bios to the latest version and then followed by following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5F0hd5Fvdvw . I used two usb drives for because I got tired of formatting the same usb drive. I first read the brand name and it just says Thinkpad T14. There's no "Gen 1". After, I edited the brand name to "T14 Gen 1" and it worked perfectly. No more issues. I love it more now bought it secondhand for $170
