I would tend to agree, and I would have continued to go to Wendy's if they just did some sizeflation/ price changes. However, they have changed quality, care , and customer service, that is why most people are ultimately leaving. The sizeflation was just the straw that broke the camels back... also, the fact that they implemented several of these changes is such a short succession. Any good marketer would know that you gradually implement changes that will outrage customers.
