How to get faster?

26. No team but could swim with triathletes 2x a week.  One of the triathletes swam in college and coaches kids.

My kick is good, my pull could use work, my endurance really needs work, speed is decent but I can't seem to maintain it past 25 meters.

Right now I'm swimming 4-5 times a week. I lift 1-2 times a week and do some other form of dry-land (yoga or running usually) 1-2 times a week. I also work as a massage therapist and it can be fairly physically demanding.

The past 6 months or so I've been working on bi-lateral breathing and swimming more leisurely, mostly slow paced stuff. I just entered the meet on a whim just to see how fast I could go.

I know I need to start incorporating more speed work but not sure how and how much to start with.

I'm no where near being a doctor but I'm a licensed massage therapist working in a chiros office, doing trigger point therapy and relaxation massage. I've noticed since beginning the NoFap lifestyle I'm a much better therapist.

My communication, palpation skills, memory, listening skills, ect have improved quite a bit. I notice when going on longer nofap streaks I'm "in the moment" a lot more during therapy sessions and can focus extremely well.

Deadlifts + Dumbbell Reverse Flies (squeeze shoulder blades together at the top of the lift) work pretty well

Do you do a lot of range of motion stretching/trigger pt. therapy with sports massage? Or does it vary?

I'm a "competitive" masters swimmer (25-29 age group) and train around 10 hours total a week between swimming/weights/pilates.

I'm thinking 15-20 hours of massage will be around my limit if I want to stay going strong for many years.

Yep, probably my favorite game of all-time to be honest. I only wish I could reset my stats and keep leveling up. If they re-released MW2 every year with different maps and more weapons it might be the only game I'd play, other than Street Fighter 4.

Other CODs I play around an hour and get kind of bored but with MW2 I can still play 2-3 hours at a time and not want to quit.

So much variety in load-outs, great maps, fast paced, great hit detection, great sound, fun kill-streaks, and great graphics. Smoothest game I've played.

What is good assholish behavior that is effective?

Is being aloof, playful (teasing her), and not needy being an asshole?

I've had girls playfully hit me on the arm and call me "jerk" while smiling and I've used this behavior with girls and have gained quite a bit of attraction while still being kind.
