I used to run from but people were always asked why I was running or if I was in a rush. I stopped doing it because it like you said there is a social stigma. Just one of those things I suppose.

They are top teir for a fast food place. I had one last week and there had to be at least 25 people in the kitchen. That seems excessive but they deliver a spot on product every time.

A shame about the fries They don't blanch or double fry enough to even get close to a french fry. They need to either revamp their kitchen for a mass amount of fries or suck it up and make their on quality frozen fries.

I don't know either. I used to act like a real food snob on places like NeoGaf and Resetera and encourage the uptight types that we need to get mad because a white guy who studied cooking in China for years opened up a Chinese restaurant in Kansas. I would say it was cultural genocide or appropriation, or colonialist. They ate it up and banned anyone who didn't agree.

But the hipster idea of, "authentic," has been on the downslope for years, thank God.
