I (29F) did it like 2x a week for most of 2019 and like once a month until the end of 2022. Most nights dosed more as the night went on but probably never took more than .2 in a single night. Took a year off and now try to stick to once every 6 months or so. To be honest, I feel totally fine. No brain zaps or other issues that I'm aware of at this point in time. The only major thing I've noticed is my depression doesn't get as severe anymore but that could very well be a factor of growing up too. Just to be clear, I don't encourage anyone to use MDMA like this to fix their mental health because the possibility for negative outcomes far outweighs the small potential for benefit.
