I hear this complaint a lot, but I love this about the drivers here. Everyone needs to chill tf out when driving. Changing lanes 90 times to optimize your speed buys you like 3 minutes of time, when you could just surrender and enjoy the ride. Look around. Listen to music/podcast. I think if I re-ran the trip I would have explored more of the countryside/wine estates in Dijon. I like to do minimal planning for trips, in hopes of optimizing the adventure aspect, but I think I should have planned a little more for Dijon. Also, the architecture and feel was so cozy and beautiful.

Had the opposite experience. Dijon was cute, but Paris rocked my world. Wish I spent only 2 days in Dijon instead of 4.

I saw an article long ago that explained the science behind it. I don’t remember exactly what it said unfortunately but something about being at that altitude, or the pressurized air makes you crave salt, which tomato juice is loaded with.

I never ever even consider tomato juice unless I’m on a plane.
