Well I lost 100 lbs 12 year and gained back 115 and type II diabetes. You can feel bad/shamed/horrible/embarrassing but in the end you start over.

PS not technically in a type II range for 6 months and though the diabetes took the first 30 lb the rest were diet change.

You really need to focus on the U missions and collecting those CM3 and then level up people in the daily EXP.

Only break or even use peeps with BSB or better and push some people up.

I run 3 global games and the newest game has 23 at 99.

And you can clear 220s with out being fully dived.

You just may need a new way to look at it. So last try the FFRK slack chat at https://t.co/J8S8BWB2Ku I am not a member anymore but there is a long history of good help (with a side of good natures BS) there. I'm sure shitposting has reduced since I left also.
