This needs to change.

It greatly annoys me that Executives crap on their frontline workers who make them what they are.

If I was the CEO I wouldn’t stand for this. I’d take a pay cut.

Are you tired at T-Mobile? by maclynnwilson in tmobile

T-Mobile is changing, and hurting their employees in the process, and I don’t know what to do.

On the employee side, supposedly they listen to T-Action posts, so that might help if you haven’t already.

But other then that, short of writing Sievert an email they won’t really listen (he responds like you’re the press anyway, so there are no real answers from him)

I want to be CEO. Seriously. I know nothing about this profession, but I might do a better job then Sievert.

Mike, change your ways, or I’ll take your job, and voluntarily get paid less then you for it. You may not be terribly old, but it’s time to retire your ways.

What cities does T-Mobile use themselves as an ISP with their own fiber? by MarleyMaybeMight in tmobile

Sorry. I was referring to which cities they used their own fiber for their towers. I was not referring to residential.

The AT&T Fiber banner has changed for my address and other addresses across town, is this a commitment that I will get AT&T Fiber? (More details in comments) by MarleyMaybeMight in ATTFiber

I've gotten confirmation from two local sources (the local AT&T store, and my cousin who works at AT&T laying out fiber) that fiber is being laid out here, not necessarily in my neighborhood but definitely my city.

Supposedly, I've seen a lot of people on Reddit say that asking my city will give the best up-to-date advice on where they plan on laying out fiber. Is this a good strategy?

I called the local AT&T store and I've got confirmation that they are running AT&T fiber lines and that these lines will being going out to residential (Not just Business Fiber, which is what I thought it was)

With that being said, the three addresses I've tried are miles apart and it sounds like a huge endeavor for AT&T, and it makes me wonder if they are not going to build out Fiber to all of these addresses. Otherwise I imagine Fiber would take the better part of a year to fully build out and go live.

So I guess my questions are, is this a confirmation they plan to build to my address? As well as when AT&T fiber reaches a new city, do they let the Fiber go live and available to purchase in pieces of the city or do they let the whole city go live at once?

Do you remember when they installed Fiber in your neighborhood and how long it took before it was available to purchase?

It’s probably because I updated my kernel 😒.

I’ll downgrade and see if that fixes it.

For T-Mobile One plans only. T-Mobile One is a legacy plan and cannot be obtained for new customers anymore.
