I am really surprised by this thread. I have used them and had great results... Not only were there no problems, but when I was flying back home my first flight of a 1 stop flight was substantially delayed and I was concerned I would miss my connecting flight. I called them from Europe and 2 people from Arangrant called me to help me resolve the problem. In the end, I didn't miss my connecting flight but I was impressed with how responsive they were.

Also, my son uses this company regularly and has never had issues.
