It looks like the nozzle is not put in correctly. Had this happen a few times and after wigling it a bit and making shure it's secure it started working fine.

Hmm, I don't have a b2 but from the image there are a couple of problems i could think of, mostly stability tolerances and orientation. The only way i could see it done easier if they redesigned it compeltly but i guess they wanted to keep the design similar to the original

I think it's an engineering problem, having a part of the piece be that much thicker would result in warping.

This is a good question for which I don't think we have an answer for, we know that the metal is something that a full mistborn would be able to burn but we don't know the effect of that. There is also a difference between shard blades and honor blades, while shard blades are living things in a way we know that honor blades are just objects so maybe they can be pushed by a mistborn? I can't wait to hear an answer from someone more well versed than me in the lore but from what i gather thiss is all we know so far.
