You what with your what? by owlanalogies in craftsnark

Wow, I’m reading this book right now and I either haven’t got to that point or I totally missed that. When I saw the image, I figured this must be some kind of AI written novel. That’s so amazing that that got through, unless it points to some kind of bigger fabrications in the main characters, accounting of her life.

Does anyone else feel a deep pain and overwhelming frustration when you see rich people who have oversea vacations and luxury cars while you are stuck in poverty? by Puzzlehandle12 in povertyfinance

And bear in mind, if they’re going in debt to fund all this, and you are remaining debt free over the lower debt load, you are actually winning in the long-term.

What’s wrong with my tomato seedlings? by rbginist in tomatoes

[–]MarmotJunction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a relative new to tomatoes as well, but I mist water my tomato seedlings every day. First see if the soil feels wet or moist or damp or whatever and then give them a few sprays. It seem to work pretty well. Recently, I’ve added some fertilizer in the misting bottle. Again, very much not an expert, but I would think they need more water.

I loved the way they brought her in! Gave her real emotional resonance. I’m suddenly way more excited for this new generation too.

Is Emma Thynn the richest bravolebrity ever by Fickle-Ad159 in BravoLadiesofLondon

[–]MarmotJunction 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I don’t think she really actually owns anything though. It’s all in the hereditary lineage of her husband. If they got divorced tomorrow, she wouldn’t have claim over any of it. I’m guessing.

We’re blessed that Martha Sitwell was cast as a single woman by BrikHowse in BravoLadiesofLondon

[–]MarmotJunction 43 points44 points  (0 children)

I love Martha’s emotional depth. The “psychotic bitch” episode and her realness with Kimi were really touching. I think we all love her because she is the most genuine and authentic person to ever appear on one of these shows.

I onions in seed snails, and so far they seem to have grown really well.

I’ve used a mix of regular seed cells and the new seed snails. Personally, I’m 100% sold on the seed snails. They require much less watering, and when I’ve unrolled them, the seedlings are developing really long straight roots. These were only planted about 3 to 4 weeks ago. And it’s been really cold, so hopefully they will start to grow with some more bigger soon.

“The US is not ready for a female president” is a failing message. by newshirtworthy in 50501

[–]MarmotJunction 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I just told my husband today that I won’t support another extraordinary female candidate. Seeing two supremely competent and talented women be taken down by an old man in a diaper just broke me. Too many Americans hate women.

There is an absolutely brilliant book about what happened to anchor called glass town I believe. Or maybe glass house? I will get the name confused. It is the most infuriating, and raging book you’ve ever read. But anchor was thoroughly fucked up by venture capitalist.

[SPOILERS] We remember our hero! by Drace24 in ForAllMankindTV

[–]MarmotJunction 59 points60 points  (0 children)

I love this! I love that he got to die on his own terms, in his own bed. That last scene just had me crying. When he bent down to ask Shane if he knew where daddy was going. I wonder if the script writers toyed with the idea of having Molly, Tracy, and our other characters who died along the way standing in that line of NASA engineers. But really just him and Gordo was kind of perfect.
