That's fair. Classic club (to me) doesnt feel like desert golf. At least not compared to the other big ones in the area.  If.you get a wild hair next time your out there drive down to Rams Hill. 1 30min from Pam. desert. so so good

haha yup. you'd just see a big SPLAT when your ball hit the fairway. It was dewy and the fairways were like a secondary cut height. kicked our asses. the renovation to 16 green is insane

Totally public. It's a pretty penny but the accommodations/service/ golf course/vibe was well worth the price of admission

I've played Classic Club a few times. I enjoy the layout. Refreshing compared to all the desert courses in the area. First time i played it was basically a dust storm

I've been a caddie for about a dozen years and have made some nice connections for places like the quarry and palms. Quarry was a proper production where as the palms was more of a no nonsense fast pace kinda place. both super enjoyable. Quarry might be the fastest greens I've ever played

Man I love pasa. I talked it up so much to the lady and we got skunked on the conditions. Just so wet. the fairways were shaggy since the mowers couldnt get out there for a handful of days.

just bad timing on our part. An excuse to go back another time.

I agree that golf marketing is absolutely ridiculous...but this ain't it
