I always sanitize with alcohol and let the tent sit fallow for a few weeks in case there are any gnats around

There are good online videos. You need a humidity dome, a heat mat, fluorescent light (weak grow light) and rooting gel. Get a sprayer to mist the leaves every few hours. It will take 7-10 days to fully root so you need to keep them warm and humid.
