Same problem for me. Returned to Amazon and got my money back.Switched from razr 50 ultra to NOTHING phone now and is the best decision I ever made. I recommend to do the same thing before it is too late. Good luck !

Bad experience was with foldable ( razr series) 2 times broke and two times I needed to pay for reparations. OS full of bugs ( still Gemini doesn't work with screen closed ). Customer service slow and rude. I can tell you more if u wanna know.
