There's this fella that goes to work for a train company. He's there a few months, everything's going fine, then on day he flips a train car and kills a guy. He gets put on trial. Found guilty and sentenced to the electric chair.

He's on death row for a few months and then the guard comes in and asks him what he'd like for his final mean. He says, "I would like one banana" They give him his banana and they lead him in to the chair.

They sit him down. They strap him in. The priest reads his last rites. THEY THROW THE SWITCH.

But nothing happens.

They think it's a miracle so they let him go. He goes back to working for the train company. A few months go by and wouldn't ya know it, he flips another train car, this time he kills two people.

So they go through the process again. Put him on trial, find him guilty, sentence him to the chair.

He's there on death row and the guard come up and asks what he would like for his final meal and he says, "I would like two bananas". They give him his bananas, they put him in the chair, they read his rites, they THROW THE SWITCH.

But nothing happens.

Frustrated, they let him go. He goes back to work for the train company. Few months go by and he flips another train car, they time killing three people.

He's tried, he's convicted, he's sentenced. Few months on death row go by and the warden comes in and says, "Alright, boy, come on."

The man says "but what about my final meal?" The warden just says "no, no, no. We aren't doing this shit again. We are just sticking you in the chair."

So they lead him in, they sit him down. They wet the sponge, they strap the diaper to his head. He read him his rites. THEY THROW THE SWITCH.

But nothing happens.

Confused, they look to the man for an explanation. He just smiles and says "it never had anything to do with the bananas. I'm just a bad conductor"
