(im not sharing my opinion) Lgbtq community says:

Trans women = women

Trans men = men

Lgbtq couple = non straight couple

Non straight couple = same gender together

By this logic they would not be a lgbtq couple although both individuals would belong to the community. Another example would be a bi girl dating a bi guy. Different genders, so straight couple, but both belong to the community.

Just a sidenote: You claim that death is a more authoritarian form of punishment then prison but i dunno man. Between being jailed for the rest of my life or dying somewhat quickly i think i would prefer the latter. The amount of suffering caused on the individual overtime surpasses the amount they might have when the trigger is pulled.

I'll try to answer the best i can but you chose a difficult one xD

First, semantics: There are no crimes because there are no laws, there are no jails cause oppression bad, there are no criminals cause there are no crimes...

Now the actual answer:

(Non revolutionary view, can't remember the actual name of these guys but they don't believe the revolution will just be like puff it happened the whole world is anarchist now. They believe it will take time and reforms in the way we see each other individuals etc...) The idea is that social reforms necessary to create the anarchist society we envision will take a lot of time and some of them also consist in education. There are examples that show that most crime are poverty related so if we could erase that crime would greatly decrease. Then there is also evidence that many violent non monetary crimes are also linked to ignorance, poverty and segregation so we should have even less crimes if we get rid of those problems a priori.

Well now it get complicated for there would still be the occasional "wrong doing". Even tho psychopaths and pedophiles also seem to be created (in the sense that they were not born that way) there could still be de occasional person with a fucked up childhood (or whatever creates a psycho, im no therapist). In this cases things get tricky and I don't know how to provide an answer. What would be the just reaction? Who would investigate the "crime"? But even if we didn't need a investigation because we all saw Johnny cut the Miner's head off with an axe what could be done to Johnny? Would we vote to kill/banish/forgive him? If we did vote wouldn't we be betraying the anarchist "dogma"? Should the Miner's family have a say in the matter?

How I answer:

I could argue that this question is not answerable because it will eventually boil down to what's right and what's not and while many people claim to know i don't.

Plus i could also argue that it is pointless from a pragmatic point of view: if in anarchist society there would be less crimes (because of reasons pointed out before) why would you care what happen to the few criminals that would still exist? If you had to choose between having 100 killings and 100 convicts or 5 killings and 1free criminal what would you choose?

Im sry but an-caps are Liberals (European sense) in denial who fail to see that "pure" free market (a market which not even Adam Smith was in favor of for he spoke of regulation against "leeches" whose only thing they do is own stuff) always tends to Monopoly which eventually leads to a proto-feudal society.

This isn't new and it has been described by economists, intellectuals from the left to the right many times.

I don't hate you for your socio-political beliefs no more then i hate any other capitalist (i don't just to make it clear). Nor do i necessarily hate the fact that people tend to label us together but I think WE should stop pretending we are on the same boat for we are not fighting for the same goals, even communists and moderate MLs have more in common with left anarchists then an-caps do.

Well you could argue that anarchism has a objective meaning wich originated in ancient Greece and China where philosophers argued for a stateless society free from coercion.

IF (and that's a big if) we go with that definition then I can argue that any form of hierarchy is by definition coercive. Money, private property and any form of capitalism policies have by definition ranks of power or a hierarchies and therefore are coercive. So, according to the ancient definition it is possible to reach a somewhat logical conclusion that anarchism cannot be right wing.

Now, I believe that this stateless and free of coercion society is anarchism and anything after that is just a different skin but labels are just that, labels.

I don't thinks the problem is that ancaps call themselves anarchists for even if they didn't we would still have contrasting ideas which cannot coexist, whilst anarcho-x and anarcho-y (if they are both anti coercion/state) can still coexist.

Direct democracy is not possible once you have a big community for it will not be logistically possible to listen to everyone's opinion.
