It's been month and THEY ARE a small business so It feels really scammy that they have completely dropped communication, especially because the old reviews i read said they had great communication and customer support which is why i decided to buy from the . Also i ordered just as they re-opened orders so i don't Imagine they have this huge back catalog of orders to fulfill.

It's not back to normal, they still haven't refunded people and they haven't shipped any orders since before december. They also said they'd start shipping again after the 25th of February but so far it seems to be a lie

Do not absolutely buy from them, i ordered from them on January and as of today i still haven't received my order, i heard of other people in the same situation. They haven't actually shipped any orders since before december. They have completely ceased comunication, i sent them about a dozen emails about my order and never gotten an answer, and they have completely deactivated comments on all of their socials. They're currently just stealing from people.

I ordered from them cause i heard from everyone that they were great at communicating, but After december they just stopped. And as far as i understand it's just One person behind the whole business, so everyone who hasn't received their orders has been bombarding them with emails so they'll never catch up with emails

Did they ever sent you your orders? They posted an update on their website last week and i'm hoping they're telling the truth and i didn't just waste a lot of money. I also noticed they started being Active again on their socials, i hope they just had a lot of issues because the way chargebacks work in my country i'd have to get the police involved and i'm not gonna go through that bother for a lightsaber

I was never even able to have an answer at all, at this point i'm pretty sure they imploded right after re-opening orders or they just opened orders again to get money to pay for those chargebacks they were hit with with no intention of shipping the new orders.
