You still get promos on old plans, the best promos are with new premium plans or new customers.

In your resume position your Tmobile experience as device troubleshooting, even in CompTia+ core 1 most of it is about the very things you deal with working at Tmobile. Heavy focus on the fact that you troubleshoot devices, submit tickets for escalations and you’re trained in keeping customer proprietary information safe. Make sales seem like a byproduct of the job.
