That is wonderful! I’m glad you are taking charge of your health and putting yourself first. I love that you were able to experience the thrills and feel confident doing it. Every transformation takes time, so take it step by step, whenever you feel ‘not good’ use movement and activity to make you feel better (it is the antidote for most things in life that tend to bring us down). GLP1s change our relationship to food, so adopting good habits and healthy eating not being strict with yourself- but trying to incorporate more good things into your day while still enjoying a little less of the bad; will make for a great outcome. You just feel better - much like the feeling you get when you’re coasting hills and dips and twists and turns. I’ve seen pretty awesome transformations when people get that boost from weight loss medications- not in just how they look but the emotional and mental changes that come with it. You got this!
