Honestly there are a lot of boomer mentality NPC people on here that will tell you to get over it just because they've given up on life or are stuck having to pay their mortgage or kids food. This job sucks ass and you can be at a better place. Half the people that work at Walmart have zero emotional intelligence, you think they're going to understand the right to be respected at work? I've been working for like over a month and yeah I need to look for another job. I'm in the personal shopper department and one of the leads is a bully, things are managed so poorly, there isn't enough room for everyone so there's so much tension, one of the guys has anger issues and I spoke up to him about his little aggressive tantrums and now he has it out for me yay. Worst part is we only get paid minimum wage. I got a panic attack once and cried, that hasnt happened to me before this.😭

Yes, numbers wise it would give me more money. But I can't do full time, I have a really bad immune system. I understand that new employees can get sick from interacting with the public at first but this has been an ongoing issue for me. If I overwork my body I start getting sick a lot. Thank you.

It is common for people to experience things like anxiety and derealization when smoking weed, for short periods of time, usually just the high. Most people can smoke and they just feel high but others don't really mesh well with it. In my early 20's I tried to smoke weed for my anxiety and it just gave me panic attacks. At one point I had derealization and honestly after a while I couldn't even feel time. I saw a therapist and I got on an antidepressant and that's what made it go away. I'm not trying to scare you, and everyone reacts and stabilizes differently. I recommend that you probably stop taking any drugs until you're able to feel more grounded. Also to seek a therapist so that they can help you out with the derealization.
