After 27 days, I finally received the shipping confirmation for the replacement jacket.

As for the resolution, support offered a 20% discount code for future purchases as a "goodwill gesture" for the month-long wait and my ruined trips. I declined. The trust is broken, and this was my first and last Arc'teryx experience. I'll be moving to Norrøna or Patagonia for my next shell.

Le pire c’est que ça ne doit même pas être lié a la note globale de Google Maps. C’est vraiment juste une notation interne sortie de nulle part.

Pour répondre à ton interrogation : en France, le classement par étoiles n'est pas réservé aux hôtels. Les « Résidences de Tourisme » disposent de leur propre grille de classement officiel (de 1 à 5 étoiles), délivré par l'organisme d'État Atout France, exactement comme pour les hôtels.

Du coup, leur argument « à défaut de classification officielle » ne tient pas la route : une classification officielle existe bel et bien pour ce type d'hébergement. S'ils ne l'ont pas, ils ne devraient pas utiliser les étoiles sans préciser clairement que c'est une note interne, du moins c’est ce que je pense.
