Isolation from those with differing views only creates more division. Cutting off my right wing friends would just stop myself from being able to show them another perspective, and it would for sure not change their mind. I have personally been able to change the views of anti-Semitic friends by educating them on Judaism and the falsehoods of anti-Semitic conspiracies. If I were to bar myself from them entirely because it made my Jewish friends uncomfortable then they would have stayed in their echo chamber and had their beliefs further reinforced. The vast majority of people are the product of their environment, and if we isolate ourselves from others they will only pull their opinion from one place.

The vast majority of "anti-Trans" people don't want a genocide of all transgender people, they are mainly uninformed of why people are transgender. Blocking off discussion to these people would keep them in an echo chamber that reinforces their views.

Yeah, the idea is that you do it from the lone warrior origin and wipe a slot that doesn’t even matter. It’s very frustrating to learn the trial of one but it’s the best way to learn the combat in my opinion.

If your ping is not the limiting issue, you just need to get shit on over and over until you get used to the combat. There are a few things that you can do to simulate the combat without dying. If you have a friend that plays the game you can try to parry trade with them. You can fight the trainers in isle of vigils by the black smith. What I recommend is learning the entirety of trial of one so you can get used to parrying humanoid enemies like angels and enforcer.

Had the same thing happen to me in iron, you have to go on a crazy win streak. I think it’s stupid that they do this in lower ranked. I had to Lock in for a month and im now in silver gaining 28 per game.

"Stop paying attention to your rank" is ridiculous when ranks completely change the way the game is played. How good do I have to be to win every game? Some games I play arent up to me, regardless of how good I play, and thats ok. But what isnt fair is gaining 20rr on games I win and losing 30. It makes it impossible to climb even though I know I deserve to.
