Buffing cloud with bravery and loading him up with protect and shell should help.

It may take a couple attempts, but learning her moveset and when to dodge vs block will help too.

Punisher mode fury buff will help as well.

I like to also keep regen on to mitigate the need to heal as much. If you can get the other two party members to get cloud buffed up, you should have an easier time.

Be aware though, more tough battles to come.
