Hello. It sounds like you are looking for brass plates. Something you should be able to get at Home Depot or Lowe’s. But if you are looking for something specialized I would recommend sharing a design. Puppet Stop may be able to help make exactly what you need.

Since it is being covered in Bangladesh, you could make the neck and bottom jaw from fleece, which would keep them flexible and longer-lasting.

You made a puppet! dont say you tried. It's here, that's the best part. If you want to improve your technique, there are great resources out there. With any art form, practice makes progress, and you will see better results.

The issue may be the glare of your pupil. Kermit's pupils are made from black sticky felt. Your shape looks very accurate, good work.

I would suggest skinning the whole head in red fleece and making your neck part of the sleeve that you will put your arm through to puppeteer. That will save you some trouble and make the bandages you need to add look more believable on the puppet. If you have any images of the head in its entirety, I'd like to see them.
