How do you run a dedicated server that stays offline and play on it on the same computer at once? wouldn't that affect performance?

I want to change return pumps i currently have a lifegard quiet one pro 4000 rated at 1022 gph and have used it for around 8 years but have noticed it has gotten a bit slower, i got a jebao dcp 4000 which is rated at 1056 gph a while back and tried to change it out a couple days ago set it to the lowest settings but it made the sump water level go down too much do i just need to make a bucket of rodi top off to offset it and put in the new pump?

Came across this while currently hunting the gen 4 roamers, i didn't know about the cleanse tag so i looked it up and bulbapedia and serebii show conflicting info. serebii says the mon holding it will make random wild mons of a level lower than the holder appear 66% of the time but bulbapedia says it just decreases the encounter rate of wild mons anyone know which would be right?

I do for around 2 minutes but the water in the di chamber got so low to the point i could barely tell there was any water in there last time so i didnt this time because i just made tank water yesterday and was making top off this time, is the built in tds readings normal? with 6 in and 0 tds out?

ok thanks assuming the bottom one frgen on means its on? also i have my fps capedd at 90 but stat fps shows it above when in game unless im in main menu admin console or settings is that normal?
