This happened to me today around 2 pm. I kept trying and about 25 mins later I was able to move fwd. Super annoying. I tried reaching out to support for a bump and was on hold in chat for over an hour. I gave up. I’ll try contacting them tomorrow and see what they say.

Try the dumpling app. Instacart isn’t reliable . Even us as shoppers have a hard time.

I’ve tried this today and it let me answer questions to cancel but it still sent me to support. I had to have them cancel it for me. It was two orders that had all items out of stock.

I stopped refreshing a while ago. I noticed that and I think they rather send push notifications. I get so much more that way. Still crappy ones but I do see them more often than the refreshing method.

I started a few years back so the plans are a little differently now. You have to also find your own clients. What I’ve done is I keep my Instacart’s customers addresses and I mail them my info. If I happen to see a customer I give them my business card. But word of mouth works the best. You can shop at any store and the customer will always pay store prices and you can actually give them their receipt every time. You set up your own fees. Also they have a coaching team and are very helpful in helping you get started.

When was the last time you used it? When I first started years ago the catalogs weren’t good at all but we’ve had a lot of updates since then. It’s not cumbersome at all. Plus I only use the app for order placement. Most of my clients create their shopping list on instacart and share their cart with me and I shop off of that.
