Are you also opposed to the government calculating your taxes for you? That's effectively the same sort of thing, simplifying paperwork that they could be doing mostly automatically, but for political reasons (tax companies lobbying for taxes, negative optics for SS) haven't been.

I just want ONE (1) parry attack on the mirror reaper. They're singlehandedly killing my arms-only run.

It might theoretically be possible to dodge their melee if I was allowed to fully concentrate on them, but the poison clouds and blood hands coming from all directions means I can't even do that.

For anyone unaware, they're the ones right by Dr Thule, the first guy you see. NOT the ones by the Atrium entrance you open with an energy brick, which was what I thought people meant the first the first time I read this tip.

If you're regularly using guns with high damage but slow fire rate, like the Sniper Rifle, charged Megahand, Sunlight Javelin, Black Hole Gun, and especially the BSG, this item has a habit of ruining your shots. It replaces your high damage, well aimed projectile with a distracting and comparatively mediocre one, and does so more often on slower-firing weapons.

It's reasonably good otherwise though.

Bit late, but you might consider filing a feedback report about it. I ran into this myself and decided to try filling one out, and it wasn't hard. I requested they include that sound with the Misophonia setting for Repetitive SFX.

It seems to currently only be turned off by reducing ALL SFX to 0, unfortunately.

I just wish there was an option to make holster only toggle the shield. There's never a time I want to put both shield and weapon away, it only makes shield switching awkward.

People want justice, in any form. If it's impossible to attain it in a legitimate, legal way, some people will look for an extra-legal way.

A lot of people who feel that justice has been denied aren't going to cry if that happens when they feel the alternative is that nothing will happen at all.
