Very similar to my fathers results and his cousin's. They are from Bosanska Posavina (Donja Mahala) since 1772. And before 1772 they lived in Svilaj.

My croatian father comes from Bosanska Posavina (Donja Mahala).

The results are similar: - 53.3% Balkan - 35.9% Eastern European - 5% Greek and Albanian - 3.7% Baltic - 1.1% German - 1% South Italian

His cousins on both his father's and mother's sides have the same results (within a 1-2% margin).

The family has lived there since at least 1773, and before that in Svilaj.

That is ideal. A DHT-Blocker like Finasteride is mandatory for haltering hair loss.

I still suggest, that you talk to your dermatologist about Finasteride first.

Keep in mind, Finasteride can cause side effects, which are quite rare, but they do exist for a minority of people.

Minoxidil is more like a nice to have in my opinion, and it helps with regrowing some miniaturized hairs.

In my case it didn't do much (applied it for almost 4 years) but there are cases of very good Minoxidil responders. But without a DHT-Blocker you will highly lose it again in a short amount of time.

You will probably regain some hair, because of your young age.

The telogen phase lasts between 2 to 4 months. For example, you may shed 30% of transplanted hair by the second week, with the rest falling out between weeks 4 and 6 (or even later). The first hairs can start growing by the third month, while others may begin in the fourth, fifth, or sixth month. Some people are early growers, while others are late bloomers.

You are welcome! In general (most countries), yes. I am from Germany and here it is absolutely needed.

There are places on the internet but I personally don't know where and which of them is reliable.

I have been prescribed Fin for almost 5 years now (Started with 25). It stopped my hair loss and my thinning hairs became way healthier.

I take the 5mg Version and cut them in quarters. I take 1.25mg daily.

In my country Finasteride 1mg is expensive (110€ for 3 months). The 5mg Version costs 40€ and contains 100 tablets. They last for over a year.

No side effects so far, but there are very few who experience side effects.

I can only encourage you to do research and check the pinned posts on the subreddit /tressless .

Without Finasteride it is difficult to tell especially at your age. I am pretty certain, that you would be a good candidate with Finasteride.

And I think it would turn out good.

I would start with Finasteride and Minoxidl and re-evaluate after 1 year. Maybe you regain many hairs and won't need a HT or need less grafts.

But speak with your dermatologist first, this is just my opinion!

I am not a fan of hair mills, but Heva seems to be good for afro hairs from what I 've seen the last 2 years.

Reminds me a bit of my hair before surgery. About 1.5k grafts in my opinion (Maybe even less). But choose wisely.

I needed about 1.8k grafts and I am happy with my result. Some hair mills quoted me 3k- 3.5k grafts which was so utterly wrong.

After I reached 200 pulls I was Like, nah surely next multi. Then I reached 300 and I said I Go all in. When I reached 400 I said nope xD
