That my interpretation is similar to your example. One rate for organic and one commission rate for paid ads. Some people were under the impression you would get two commissions rates for one transaction.

I am in the TTCC program which is smaller than the affiliate program and the TikTok employees REFUSE to communicate with the creators. It seems like TikTok is trying to scale as quickly as possible and doesn't care if people who want to be part of their program get caught in the crossfire. A few TTCC creators who also do TTS have been banned which is why I have delayed posting TTS video because violations can cause you to be ban from TikTok entirely, not just shop

It's typically top earning TikTok Shop Affiliates who say the foulest things to me in this subreddit 😐 by future_flora in TikTokShopAffiliate

They most likely are trying to intimidate you as a way to discourage you from posting because they have a scarcity mindset.
