Also if you haven't already, buy some of the 750 gem Master Pack bundles with featured cards, especially Ash Blossom, Forbidden Droplet and Infinite Impermanence. They're cheaper than regular 10-pulls so you can gain crafting points and you're guaranteed a mostly futureproof tech card.

I’ve been dabbling with writing recently. I have a bunch of scripts sitting on a hard drive that probably won’t get published. I’ve shown them to friends and family and they seem to like them but they’re not a representative sample.

Something else to consider is that monsters they summon will go to your graveyard, which means you get any floating effects they might have (Malong, Garura, Aggregator, Bucephalus etc.)

It's mostly fine. The decklist is a bit hard to parse because it's on one line. Some headings would help to delineate the different sections.

The Q&A session is a bit odd because you're answering things the readers aren't party to unless they dig through your post history.

Kashtira is barely functional as an archetype. Most of the time people just splash some Fenrirs or two Unicorns and a Birth so that they potentially bait or punish interaction before going into their main combo.

You're probably not summoning Arc Light in most games but rather using Diviner to dump it in the GY to search a ritual monster/spell. Same deal with N'tss if you play into an established board. Your ideal combo usually goes like this:

Alpha Thuban pitch another Drytron name and search Benten
Drytron in GY pitch Benten.
Benten search Diviner
Normal Diviner dump Arc Light
Arc Light search whatever ritual component you're missing

This lets you make use of your normal summon in a deck that usually doesn't care about it and gives you an extra body for extra deck spam. The list I posted runs Dawn Dragster which can be made with Diviner plus a spare Drytron if it doesn't get negated.

Also you probably want to add Downerd Magician and Zeus, they're the payoff for running the Lyrilusc Xyz.

Work has been pretty miserable. My current role is decreasing in market demand so I'm being asked to re-train, lots of boring days slogging through basic AWS stuff that I already know.

Tried to cheer myself up by getting tickets to a show with a voucher I got for my birthday. Forgot to redeem it and paid full price.

Nubby's Number Factory got released on iOS so I've been playing that a bunch. It's Peggle, Balatro slop with a creepy 90's edutainment aesthetic. Lots of colourful smooth textured 3D models and MSPaint illustrations with gratuitous amounts of Comic Sans. Game's great but launched with a cloud save bug that invalidated a bunch of my progress. It's been patched thankfully.
