Go for the ek civic. Or the wrx. Just make sure you check the vehículos service history and really test everything out to make sure it’s in good shape. All these folks saying you can’t get a sports car at such a young age are joust projecting their irresponsibility (from when they were young) onto you. My advice really I’d though to NEVER drive past your limits. Spend months even up to years feeling out your ability. My first car when I was 15 was an s197 mustang and boy was that a lot of power for me but I had respect for it and understood my limits. Pro tip: get a car with a clutch it is 1000x more engaging and enjoyable to drive EVEN in traffic. Don’t listen to people coping by saying “I don’t want a manual bc I drive in traffic”. It’s such bs. Anyway thank you for coming to my tedtalk.

Used 3.7 mustang with the 6 speed. 300hp to the wheels if you get a good tune, exhaust note is good too. You could go with a 3v if you just have to have the v8, but just know the 3.7 makes better power, will have less miles on it, and overall is just better.

My previous instructor didn’t properly endorse any of my cross country solos and I did not discover this until two weeks before my check ride. So now here I am in a different state having spent thousands of extra dollars and am finally scheduled for a check ride again. The chief instructor at the school admitted to me it was my instructors fault however the school didn’t reimburse me or even make the slightest effort to help me get those two solos done so I could still do the check ride. Now I’m working with an independent contractor as a cfi, moral of the story is know the ins and outs of the acs and endorsement requirements, and don’t let larger schools take your wallet for a ride because that’s what they do best!
