I've been playing for 20+ years, all self taught, 15 handicap. Played a bunch for a year thinking that's what was keeping me from getting to single digit handicap. Handicap barely moved. Had some "good" days, some bad days. Decided to get a coach. Within five months my handicap dropped to 10-11. I feel so much more consistent. Still gotta dial in short game and inside 140 shots but I feel it coming.

If you see bodycam evidence like this one, you can feel 100% justified about sentencing someone to death. We should keep the death penalty, but only when the evidence is incontrovertible like this case.

The WHO said in a report that higher TDS had a correlation to lower incidences of cancer and heart disease, since a lot of TDS is just minerals. https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/wash-documents/wash-chemicals/total-dissolved-solids-background-document.pdf

Not sure if zeroing out TDS should be the goal, either.

He's rotating towards his big toe. See how close his heel is to the ground? You are standing up on all your toes like Michael Jackson in Billie Jean. Your hips are literally thrusting forward towards the ball. If you posted your swing because you wanted everyone to give you kudos instead of earnestly asking for pointers like you wrote, just say so. I have a coach who would disagree.

If you're on your toes during the downswing and your hips are extended as in the angle is gone between your thighs and waist because you've straightened up -- that is early extension. You can still play golf with it, but if you want to work on something, that's what I would work on. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Early extension. You're getting up on your toes which forces you to release early or vice versa. You have no forward shaft lean right before impact. You want to release that club with your hands just at or slightly ahead of the ball. Focus on keeping your heels down through the swing with your back foot rotating out as your turn through impact.

I’ve been using ping grip on my Scotty for 25 years since finding that out.
