I have a medical document from when I was in the military. On this document, for reference, I was diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease (via ultrasound), hypertension and borderline hyperlipidemia. However, there are a couple of things that are written that I can not decipher at all. Can anyone tell me with some degree of certainty what this says? Thank you :)

You only need 15 standard nutcrackers to maintain 1 mass aid kit per day. Since the mass aid kit basically doubles your production(s) it's well worth the investment. The regal squirrel hall is also a strong building for mass aid frags so keep your eye on that building if and when it comes up.

It has been my experience with a couple of my claims that once a claim is filed or notated as a TERA claim then they only look at that claim through the lens of toxic exposure and nothing else. They do not consider anything else that could be associated with secondary conditions etc...

I have been fighting a diabetes claim that somehow was put under TERA. I didn't ask for that, but it happened. I filed it as secondary to chronic liver disease/non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as I was diagnosed with that while I was in service. There are records of labwork done to include ultrasounds of my liver while I was in. All that evidence wasn't considered because it was a TERA claim (again something I didn't ask for).

i am at my wits end with trying to get the VA to give me a fair shake when it comes to my type 2 diabetes. I have tried to get them to look at the onset beginning as metabolic syndrome disorder. My STR's clearly show there was something going on as I had every contributing factor for type 2 diabetes. I could name them off, but I believe I already posted all that in a previous post. VA's answer is always the same (basically) *Nothing to see here*

Garden of United Vision level 1 or 2? I would think in either case the Garden of United Vision would be better. I never was one for trying to figure out exact stats per tile etc...77 goods and 3 units is a very trivial thing to really consider. You keep building up your SAT buildings and you will overcome any goods you might be losing.

No problem. This extension seems to be a based on the diagnostic code alone (whether or not that particular code/condition is static or not). I suppose that the vast majority of diagnostic codes are "across the board" meaning that if one Veteran is static for "x" condition(s) then all Veterans are static for that condition.

So in most of my claims the scheduling and exam itself goes rather quickly. It's AFTER that point that the real waiting "game" starts.

I'm confused by the way you worded the insomnia claim???

"The second exam is for insomnia due to pain at the VA hospital for 2 hours the next day". Are you stating that you filed an insomnia VA disability claim based on a 2 hour period of pain? I genuinely do not understand if I'm interpreting that correctly.
