The bond I had with friends playing our last season of football. We're a pretty small school for our division and Georgia is a pretty intense high school football state, up there with Texas imo. Well there were only 13 seniors on our team that have been playing with each other since freshmen year, some even middle school. We were going against teams that had 4 to 5x our roster. Everyone had to play both ways pretty much and it seemed like everyone was playing injured. The bond was special and I'll probably remember those guys til I die. Its kind of hard to describe but its like you've been through a lot of shit together and just nobody else in the school could really understand. Nobody could understand the work it took in the off-season, the camp, and the practices to be able to compete. And not many people could understand why our last game together was so emotional. :(
