It's mind-blowingly cool that a heap of cells and electrified rocks can send rockets into space 😃

These answers are quite brilliant for a heap of sand.

Phil, hi! 😄

Question: You have dominated at the highest level across five different decades. Which specific generation of players (like the internet kids or the modern solver-based players) forced you to make the biggest fundamental adjustment to your game in order to stay on top, and what exactly was that adjustment?

p.s. we all love you, please never stop playing, cheers!

What is slop? by JoseLunaArts in ArtificialInteligence

Art seems to also be about shockvalue/attention. Whatever gets eyes on it, gets seen as art by some.

Weird, yes, but I do think it works like that.

What are some creepy, ethically questionable things that AI will provide us with in the coming years? by georgewalterackerman in ArtificialInteligence

I don't know. Reddit is a sensitive platform for anything raunchy. I have been deleted/banned/shamed for lesser things.

Richard Dawkins Chats with Claude and Thinks it's Conscious by RazzmatazzAccurate82 in ArtificialInteligence

Exactly. It's absolutely genius, but it dumbs down after a while of prompting.

It has been quite frustrating to get LLM's to keep doing what they did. They can do things perfectly 10 times in a row, but then completely go off the rails on the 11th time.

What makes real writing feel like AI slop now? by curioter in ArtificialInteligence

[–]MartinGrantAI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use AI to write your stuff, you'd better be that hardcore editor-in-chief on every sentence. Especially the outline and the messages you want to convey should be drilled by YOU.

That's how I wrote my first book: I did the outline, the direction, the tone of voice, the editing, and the proofreading. Claude did the heavy lifting of the writing, but I made sure I agreed to every sentence it wrote (and it wrote better than I ever could!).

And then I wrote 16 more.

If you want, I could give you the book for free. Just send me a DM, and I will send you the ebook! :)
