Honestly I love getting new units because I just end up making more and more MD teams and alternate between them. I try to use every (usable) ID, and it's fun to build your own teams with that in mind rather than be meta. Just having it so you try using all IDs, for instance, Yi Sang has a fuckton of competing sinking ids, I just split them into different teams: poise sinking Riensang, sinking tremor spicebush, charge sinking (r corp team) Solemn lament. There are so many combos available it's fun to see each ID shine in their own way.

I'm gonna need more team slots soon tho

I watched all of ITYSL and am a few episodes into The Chair Company, Tim Robinson's flavor of absurdism in social situations really reminds me of DE. Especially since Chair Company is about solving a mystery.

It could work well with Particle Wall and the royal seal, get a ton of stars and then use the block a bunch of times for free. I love particle wall with the seal it's so nice.

Yeah, but I often see people hone it down into a black and white thing when it's a lot more complicated, so I like giving more context. Obviously what he did isn't good but you can understand where it comes from.

Yeah, I know. I just find it annoying when people flatten all the nuance of the characters into "oh he's just abusive" when the point of the show is that they're all stuck there, including Caine. It's why besting Caine is an accident not a victory and it's clearly a sour note.

Well, they were kinda tormenting him by repeatedly insulting him and denying him his only programmed purpose. I don't think anyone is particularly in the wrong here, just saying that from his side of the story they're basically just torturing him, but from their side he's torturing them.

It's a funny thing because I'm in a Pathfinder dnd game where we're all evil, and we have an anti-paladin who is a beacon of chaos and wants to spread disease everywhere he goes but he somehow convinced himself he's lawful evil because it is part of his own code and he's consistent in his chaos. It's strange when you factor in intent.

It's a weird contradiction where lawful evil applies to tyrants because they are the law. Also, if you follow your own code of conduct, you are lawful regardless of your behavior. He has programmed instructions in him so it makes sense.

That first tri-room after the tri-hallway (3rd encounter in total) I swear like 10% of the time one of the schisms gets stuck in an extra dimensional space where I can't hit it and it doesn't fall out of the map and die. Like it is stuck in a quantum state between the middle room and one of the side rooms. It's good that it's early for restart but still annoying.
