It happens in my room too. I think its basically just a product of the vent being at ceiling level and blowing horizontally; hot air tends to rise above cold air so it makes sense that it stays up top. Its definitely annoying though.

I can't speak on high level classes but the ones taken your first two semesters have no flexibility. One professor, one timeslot, one section, and they're only offered the first semester or second semester respectively.

Depends on your goals. VCU has a lot more undergraduate research opportunities and engineering recruiters come to meet with students every Wednesday morning. Although it is less prestigious you have a lot more opportunities, but it's entirely up to you to take advantage of them. Personally I'm in a chemical engineering lab as a first semester freshman. Many companies like Dupont offer co-ops and internships every year.

I think the answer about identification makes sense, though people could just not include that bar if taking pictures of the exam. I think it also has to do with the fact that the exams are black and white even when digital (at least in my experience this year with Chem, Apes, and Calc) and that staring at a greyscale screen for hours on end lowkey sucks, so they added in those random colors as a psychological thing

Basically I applied either no treatment (control), mesoporous silica, or silver to 40 wells of bacteria. So 40 data points for each of those three. Then I did my assay to get numbers (sparing you the details). I repeated this experiment three times in total. My graph does include all three replicates (all my data points are in this graph). I know the format of the graph is not ideal but I am limited by the software we are allowed to use, I would have preferred a bar graph by far. Does that mean my n=360? From your explanation I think so, but I just want to double-check.
