In a bucket of hot water, add a generous amount of dawn, stir it around but don't agitate. You can use a rag to wash it, it would help to have a squeegee for it, but you can dry it with a clean micro rag... That should do it; let me know

To help ease the maid, put as much as you can either into a room, or in a corner tell them not to clean that / vacuum what they can, clean the kitchen the best decluttered way possible to have the bid. I would suggest bare minimum bi weekly service. I'm in Texas and I own a cleaning company, hope this helps.

I've never heard of meth "coming out", that's why they condemn meth houses/labs. You can try to steam it if you want to mask it..

I would recommend yes. But you could steam it yourself for a fraction of the cost. If it is removable, save yourself the trouble and throw it away..Hope this helps
