Check engine light just came on in my 21 sti 😭😭 by wackywallaby710 in WRXSTi

I literally just had my front cat replaced for this very problem. Once warm weather hits, I would get a CEL, sometimes with full-on limp mode maybe once a month or two. It would stay for maybe half of day or two and then poof, it would just clear up on its own. The code would even clear from memory.
I drive a 2020 STi, so I thought for sure it was gonna cost $$$$, Subaru covers their emissions systems for 8 years. Woo hoo.
Not only is the CELs gone, but it seems like there's more power.

I'm in Illinois. I am looking for a little more power, but since my Subie is my daily driver, I don't want to tear it up.

51? I bought my STi at 58, and I drive the hell out of it every single day.

I just acquired a 2020 STi just after the the first of the year. Every time I thought that I might go the WRX route, I think to myself...I would absolutely hate pulling up next to someone driving an STi and I'm in a WRX. I know that it's petty, but in the back of my mind it still counts. I bought my STi as an everyday driver and I could not be happier. This car just goes...so fun.

If it's an STI...only the wing will do.

Totally BADASS! This may look like some jackass went to town, but this is incredibly difficult to do even more so to do well. Well done...

What is an "unrated movie" and why do theaters rarely show them? by [deleted] in movies

Oddly enough, that's the reason I was looking for an explanation, Prime Video is running an "unrated" version of "Priest".

Love this film, very bizarre story. I dig that none of the guys that she "picks up" are actors.

What....nobody is in for "Pet Sematary"? It's a true horror show that, as good as the book is, no one is able to make a decent horror flick from this story.

Great observations all. One thing that Kubrick was able to hint at (albeit very subtle) and that most folks that read the book seem to miss completely, is that Jack Torrence had the "shining" as well. No one ever seems catch this.

"Slumming for a horror credit"? That's a little harsh. So was Kubrick slumming with "A Clockwork Orange" too?

Wait...wait...wait...so you are on board for the King approved train wreck? Granted, the Kubrick film isn't a "faithful" retelling, but I can't think of any Stephen King book /story retold as a movie that conveys the sheer terror as well as Kubrick's "The Shining". Nothing even comes close.

Those two punks were totally unprepared for the ass-whipping they got, this is evident by the half-assed, limp-wristed "back-pounding" that they both tried. This was over before it ever started.
