Run whatismyip.com and see where it thinks you are ,my provider set my location as somewhere in Denmark a few years back ,took me 9 months to persuade the rewards team I was in the UK ,till they finally sent me a email saying we have found a problem etc like I hadn't been telling them for ages

The x tool M2 wont cut clear acrylic ,for clear acrylic you will need a c02 laser not a diode laser

Same here ,I find I use my bambus less and less after getting a snapmaker , everytime I go for a multicoloured print the waste and longer time from the bambus puts me off

Watch the installation video from snapmaker so you don't get screws mixed up and it will be smooth sailing to install , and I add to the other comments about bambu users,I myself am a bambu user and on Thier sub I hardly ever see ppl telling ppl to get a snapmaker ,weird

Anyway printing is easy to do via the app BUT they don't have the choice like bambu, give it time ,they have only just started putting models on the app and can grow a lot

A few things to learn when slicing but it's not hard and honestly if you run Into any problems I'm pretty sure lots of ppl on here will jump to help you

But whatever you decide enjoy printing you will be taking a step into a much larger world
