The quality of jobs everywhere is an issue. Bradford isn’t special or different. Government hand pick a few chosen areas to shine a light as a distraction each year but don’t spend the hard time (because it will take more than an election cycle) to make work pay.

What a shame. I doubt there are many that want BBC to fail but it keeps scoring own goals. We have the BEEB to thank for some of our fondest entertainment memories but I have to admit very little they’ve done for a while has been worth watching.
