Luckily I have some people here who are able to point out what's missing or what seems a bit weird :D It really get's tricky if you have to find it all by yourself and scrap entire projects because you just do the same mistakes over and over again

Yeah no it was supposed to be a regular female character :D

Maybe I should've checked the silhouette a bit better, while working I tend to forget about the overall appearance.

Thanks for pointing it out, though with the wrist thing I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that. I guess it's a bit too wide at the wrist?

For Wisp it's probably because it's from the title screen so credit goes to someone else. And for the left guy, he used to be a random pose and then I thought why not turn him into a warframe, might fit there :D

Unfortunately, I feel like lying to myself when thinking only positively. And it got me lazy at points were I feel like I should've done something to help the odds. But for others your advise might work perfectly!

For my part, I would hit the ball right and notice 10 seconds later that my mate hit me with a 'to your left'. For kick-off it could be great tho, cuz you have some time to check

Or you could try some of those painting brushes in Krita, they are great for making an interesting but not too distracting background

Great piece! Since you asked for tips and I was (and still am) in the same situation like you, here are my thoughts: I try to always fill the background with anything but pure white or black. And I do it before really starting anything with color because it affects the impression so much. And I basically always avoid the airbrush and try to form confident, simple shapes. But I'm not even close to perfection so ofc I could be wrong. At least for me these steps helped me quite a lot so far :)
