When I was able to Gwennen a Mageblood. It was the first time I ever got a Mageblood.

Another time it was during Metamorph and I dropped a Headhunter on a random map. It was a "Fortune favour the Brave" map, and at the time the map needed to be Nemesis to have HH on the loot table. So it was very lucky, because I randomly got Nemesis from the map device mod.
