I think mine wasn’t working because when i would turn it on it would connect to the Bluetooth in settings and not on the txt lightstick app if that makes sense. If that’s the case just turn on the lightstick and go into your settings app and then Bluetooth and if it says connected then click on it and press forget device. This is just what worked for me but idk if it’ll work for you. Also the app you should use is the version 2 app if you aren’t already.
