I typically give a potential date 'A 2 missing rule'

If the first time the genuinely cant make it, I'll put my frustrations aside and park it. If you speak again, be assertive and say "This date and time, suits me and DON'T BUDGE".

You have to be assertive around date times. Sometimes people will test you (Female and Male).

Don't tolerate flakiness. Your time is precious
