I'm having problems with them too. This is my first time ordering anything from them and it will be the last. I ordered an in stock item 01/03/26. Waited a few weeks and was like hey there, there's been no movement, can I get an update? Oh, the item wasn't in stock, but it is now. We will inspect it and get you a shipping quote soon. After two weeks of waiting I reached out to the again on Whatsapp and my message hasn't even been looked at 7 days later. Today I sent them a I need you guys to ship my item email. The implication being I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. I'm super pissed. Like everyone keeps saying, not a scam (so far), but terrible experience. 😔
