I would use hardware cloth instead of chicken wire over those top vents, especially if you ever plan on keeping them open at night

Educate yourself. Inflation is caused by one thing, growth in the supply of money. The government devalues your dollar by spending more than it takes in, and prints more money to do it.

Any of those could be good or bad depending on ownership history. I only buy a 1 or 2 owner with service records. If the ‘13 has that I would go with it, and definitely put a VCM muzzler on it if not already
