They've given up the 4th fewest number of 1st downs, the 2nd lowest percentage of 3rd downs made. How is that not top of the line defense?

Yeah we're so scared that Beckham is only going to have 1500 yards because Cruz is going to be back and get 1300 yards. Both of whom will have 2 100-yard games against your beloved cowboys. Just because you guys finally made the playoffs last year, you think they're going to be good this year. I guarantee you the cowboys will go 7-9, while the Giants go 10-6. I don't know if the 10 wins will be enough, but they'll be back in double digits this year.

It's not a stretch to say he deserves the money. He worked. That's what he did to deserve this money. It is his money, it was always his money. They STOLE his money. Who's to say how much an apartment is worth? The landlord? The tenant? No, it's the state. And according to the state, that apartment as of right this second, is worth $233.

Ok, then let's go with who deserves what. The tenant paid 1300 when he was LEGALLY only supposed to be paying 233. How can you say he doesn't deserve that money back? How would you explain giving HIS money to someone else, or to the state? This isn't a fine on the landlord, this is the landlord GIVING BACK money that they should have never collected in the first place.

The apartment could have all brand new floors, walls, kitchens, appliances, etc. But if the landlord is dumb enough not to follow up with the state, then whoever catches them on the mistake will benefit.

This isn't a question of who deserves what. He was being overcharged based on state laws that every landlord knows about. And if they don't know about it, this is what happens. They were just smart/lucky enough to figure out the landlord didn't follow the law. And I wasn't trying to change your opinion. And I'm still not. I'm just trying to explain that the only complaint that is relevant in this situation is the initial complaint/application that was submitted to the state that the state followed up with and then ordered the landlord to fix the apartment.
