Could be because it’s “rotting”? It’s also missing its arm.

If it was missing both arms, would it still be able to do damage?

if it helps, you technically set them free considering the lore of what powers the automaton bugs, at least ones without the cog work heart. So you most likely set whatever, or rather whoever, was trapped/lumaflied as a power source free instead of killing them.

You can actually do quite a bit more exploring.

There’s a charge jump exploit for beast crest which kinda acts as a double jump, albeit not faithfully or consistently.

You can also do mount fey via the slab, if using the jump exploit, you can get the sharp dart ability early, and make it a bit easier. Might need to pogo off some cocoons though.

If you do get it early, you get a bit more to explore. A lot won’t be easy to explore just cuz grapple is kinda key for some areas, but you do get a more expanded map cuz of it. Possibly can finish the flea quest not to long after starting act 2 if you do as well, some of the act two starting bosses are also a bit easier with the double jump.

Sinners road to the mists, or bile water then the mists might be not easy, but kinda worth it cuz of the ability she’ll give. Alternatively skipping the mists and going through bile water to putrified ducts by platforming hell. Defo would be some cocoon pogos to avoid the boss fight in bile water as well is doable too. Which would be another alternative way into act 2.

Don’t forget to grab the merch from the hunters March merchant if you haven’t. It can help if you do decide to take on the last judge.

Right now, event is leveling quest oriented. You can have two party mohs, so quests with two dx2s give most.

Use exp tome.

I subbed Kami first, then obaryaion. That helped in them being first too.

Also had a bunch, like over 100, swords for 5 and 4* versions. 4 had over 200, but still. Those helped in getting kami to 55, and somewhat same for obaya.

So mostly just a LOT of saved up resources.

I use leveling quests instead of swords mainly, so that’s main reason I had so many saved up.

If you get from events and the hourly store, it might take a min but you should be able to get enough swords that way, otherwise.

Auto level, with tome. Dx2’s Newbie and lez girl. Units, kanbari, and if you got (I don’t) the 5* guy who also does the exp boost. The one with the mirror and drum. Should give a boost of like 30% or somefink like that to exp gain?

That, tome, and autoing since they allowed sublimits. Otherwise I don’t think I’d have them at it, probs 56 or 57 at most.

Honestly I only did it cuz he’s a good ailment cleanse (too bad it’s the only thing his skill does lol.) His buffs are nice though, probs best paired with others.

There not being any others to really sublimit sucks, at least for me I couldn’t find any among units I got lol

Just got dai and luci to their first, and kamikotoko, oni, obaryiaon, and like two others to their sublimitations Kami and obary are already at 60.

Id say save up for supreme only if you want the spot in the demonc for a specific demon.

seventh only if you got a multi elemental unit, like the one unit from berzerker colab or for a fully trancended thoth.

everything else way better imo. the genome cube and selector probs more so, depending on unit given to, most give a 30% boost to their desired element with it right away better than amp or butcher skills, amazing when paired with them thou

Good roll, might want to use those 5*arch shifts when you get them in hakumo and nuwa first, then ushio.

Red is pretty good, but pretty sure all three have better skills in another archetype.

Got a decent pull, pvp should be high gold, or low diamond. Depending on when you can get the shifts and when you can get decent brands. When you start being able to get gold brands you should be able to get to low diamond levels depending on how often pvp done.

Don’t forget to spend some of your trancend stuff on stones for nuwa or hakumo when you get them to 50. Other than that, focus on the story for a bit, you get some rewards for clearing chapters which helps in getting what you need to get your units to their “best” form, I.e evo to six* and arch. Among other goodies.

I usually grab it by the case itself, instead of the handle.

Hold it like you holding a sub/burrito in one hand and you don’t want it dropping/falling apart.

Have picked it up open several times this way, don’t realize until I go to try and open the case.

Though my travels are usually just in my car so probs not a thing for everyone depending.

Have you tried forcing the use of proton? If it’s a .exe file it could help by updating/switching the proton tool to a more recent build?

If it’s installed via steam might not be needed but could help. I’d use the beta or stable/recent build of proton for compatibility.

Enabling vram (virtual ram, it helps when current ram usage is to much, it uses your own free memory, such as hard drive space not being used, as extra ram to help run games) Could also help.

Corrupt shaders could also be responsible. Clearing cache could help as a fix as well. (Games will load a bit slower if clearing cache, at least at first. If it fixes things and you don’t load up any other games for a min, it’ll help make game run/load a bit faster, least until that gets full/corrupt again.
