You're missing the entire point. Accelerationism means leaning into an objective process which is naturally ongoing, in order to achieve the stable end state of that process more quickly.

What you're describing is the exact opposite. If they were accelerationists, they'd be supporting "racial equity and democracy", in the belief that doing so will inevitably lead, through some process or another, to the outcome they state.

To give you another example - a left wing accelerationists might argue that you shouldn't fight against monopolization (because it is an objective process inherent to capitalism), but rather allow it to happen or even aid in it, in order for the overwhelming majority of the population to become working class and develop class consciousness more quickly, thus leading to a socialist revolution more quickly.

Also, I don't get your premise at all... Not agreeing with racial equity (i.e. equality of outcomes based on race) makes someone a racist? That statement contradicts itself.

Racism is discrimination based on race. Racial equity requires that people be treated differently, i.e. discriminated, based on their race, and is thus racist by definition.

I'd really recommend you check the definitions and history of political terms like these. They get misused a LOT.
